Reduced Rate Crop Hail (July Rate)

Crop hail rates typically reduce by up to 50% or more in July. In recent years however, regular crop hail rates have been reduced by 48% to 50% (varies by county) before July. The magic number seems to be midnight on June 20 but this is never a guarantee. Once one insurance company announces the effective date of reduced rates, all companies tend to follow suit. We will be the first to let you know when rates are reduced.
