Cotton Accelerated Stepladder Policy
In consideration of the premium at which this insurance is written, and subject to all provisions, terms, and other conditions of this policy, applications, and amendments, this policy is amended by the following provisions established in the Texas Accelerated Cotton Stepladder. Therefore, this policy is amended by the following terms and conditions.
The provision entitled: COTTON: STEPLADDER FORM in the TEXAS CROP-HAIL POLICY–BASIC FORM, SPECIAL PROVISIONS 2012- NCIS 642, is deleted in its entirety for Irrigated Cotton Only in the following counties: Andrews, Armstrong, Bailey, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Cochran, Collingsworth, Crosby, Culberson, Dawson, Deaf Smith, Donley, Floyd, Gaines, Garza, Glasscock, Gray, Hale, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hockley, Hudspeth, Hutchinson, Lamb, Lubbock, Lynn, Martin, Midland, Moore, Ochiltree, Parmer, Randall, Sherman, Swisher, Terry, Wheeler, and Yoakum and the following substituted therefore:

REPLANT

If you replant, your coverage is limited to your actual expense to replant the crop not to exceed 4% of your Limit
of Insurance. -
If you do not replant, we will pay your actual loss, subject to your deductible, multiplied by the coverage % in the
table below, multiplied by your Limit of Liability.
STEPLADDER CLAUSE

For the period up to, and including May 20th your coverage percentage will be 25% of your Limit of Liability.

For the period after May 20th your coverage percentage increases according to the bullets listed above.
PLANTING DATE REGULATED BY LAW: Where last planting date is regulated by law the calendar date of May 21 will be replaced by the words, “the 21st day before the last planting date provided by law.”
LOSS ADJUSTMENT: We will use the individual cotton plant as a unit of measurement for determining loss.
REDUCTION OF INSURANCE: The original limit of insurance per acre will be reduced by the dollar amount paid in addition to the percent of any Excess Over Loss provision you have selected.
COVERAGE AREA: Coverage will only be available on irrigated cotton acres in the following counties: Andrews, Armstrong, Bailey, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Cochran, Collingsworth, Crosby, Culberson, Dawson, Deaf Smith, Donley, Floyd, Gaines, Garza, Glasscock, Gray, Hale, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hockley, Hudspeth, Hutchinson, Lamb, Lubbock, Lynn, Martin, Midland, Moore, Ochiltree, Parmer, Randall, Sherman, Swisher, Terry, Wheeler, and Yoakum.
COVERAGE FORM:
EXCESS OVER 20% LOSS-INCREASING PAYMENT (SYMBOL: XS20IP)
We do not cover loss until the loss per acre exceeds 20%. The percentage per acre then payable will be the percent in excess of 20%, multiplied by 1.25. Once the percentage of loss exceeds 20%; thereafter, the “Minimum Loss” Provision will apply to any subsequent loss(s).
By entering the code ACSL in the “Endorsements” column of your Crop Hail/Binder or VPA application and signing that application, you are agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions of this endorsement and agree to pay the additional premium due.
